Real People... Serving a Real God
Real People
There are few places in today's world where it's safe to be who you are without pretense, without masks, without having to live up to someone else's image of you. Vineyard Anthem strives to be one of the safe places. We are a group of real people with real problems, real joys, living real life. We want to be a place where you don't have to put on the "happy face" when you are hurting. We want to support and encourage you right where you are.
Real God
Our society is filled with a mentality that God is either far removed from us, unfamiliar with our daily struggles or that God is whatever you choose to make Him. At Vineyard Anthem, we have found God to be "our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble". (Psalm 46:1). We believe that God is not only familiar with our daily joys and pain but that He loves us passionately and wants to be intricately involved in all areas of our lives: our marriages, our parenting, our jobs, our relationships.
Weekend Services
We meet on Sundays at 9 & 10:45 a.m. where we learn to intimately worship God and experience His presence through songs sung to Him; not about Him. A Bible-based teaching, usually delivered by the senior pastor, shows the relevance of God's Word for our lives today. At the end of each service, you'll have the opportunity to receive prayer for any need.
On the first Sunday of each month at 6 p.m. we have a "Worship and Ministry Night". This service is dedicated to extended worship and prayer.
Get real.
